Privacy notice
Ravexa Electronics (Demo) is a made-up company. This notice shows what a real online shop would tell its customers.
What we collect

| For EMI only: PAN, date of birth and monthly income | To check if you can buy on EMI with our lending partner. |
| App and website activity, device ID and IP address | To keep the app working and to understand which products people look at. |
Who we share it with
Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket and its courier partners (delivery), MSG91 (SMS), Freshdesk (support tickets), our EMI lending partner, Google Analytics and Meta (website and app measurement and ads).
Offers and marketing
We send offers by SMS and email only if you tick the box when you sign up. You can say no at any time from any message or by writing to us.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 8 years because tax law asks us to. We delete EMI checks that did not go ahead within 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, or delete your account. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to our grievance officer at privacy.ravexa@example.com and we will reply within 7 days.
