Privacy notice
Sehatwise Clinics (Demo) is a made-up company. This notice shows what a real clinic chain would tell its patients.
What we collect

| For children: the parent or guardian's name and phone number | A parent or guardian books and gives consent for a child's care. |
Children
We treat a child only with a parent or guardian's consent, which we record on a signed form. We never use children's information for advertising.
Who we share it with
MSG91 (SMS reminders), our booking partner app, Amazon Web Services in Mumbai (secure storage of lab reports), and the labs that run your tests. Lab reports are private and only you can open them.
How long we keep it
We keep medical records for at least 3 years after your last visit, as medical council rules require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your records, ask us to correct them, or withdraw consent for anything that is not needed for your care. Write to our grievance officer at grievance.sehatwise@example.com and we will reply within 7 days.
